Hydrating the body is very important. Drink as much as you can so that you do not dehydrate the body. It will be a lot difficult for you to sweat and cool down when you are not properly hydrated. Moreover, even just a little bit of dehydration is already enough to hurt your own athletic performance.

Your body may not mind the heat of the sun but your skin says otherwise. It is very important for people to stay under the shade when the sun is too hot. If there is no shade, then you have no other choice but to look for a sunscreen lotion you can apply on your body. This lotion should have at least an SPF 15.
