Spend more time with your partner alone. Let your child realize that you need to have these moments. Shape them to become more independent of you once they have already gone mature. Do not lose yourselves in your role of becoming parents. Never let it to be too late for you to have fun.

Try to find an outlet for your anger without hurting yourself. Take deep breaths and be away from your partner. Only more harm will come when you allow yourself to be blinded by this emotion. Talk things out once you have already calmed down.

Simply let your doctor go down to the most important matters. This may make you feel uncomfortable but you need to realize how serious the problem is. You went through this stagnant phase for several years and it is time for you to make a change. Give what the other person really deserves.
