Of course, it can depend on the state of your anxiety. There are people who feel that they are mildly stressed. Others will find that they suffer from severe panic attacks and prefer not to venture outdoors.

Support is imperative, and sadly not something that everyone gets. However, there are other ways in which the individual is able to get hold of people who are supportive. Groups specialize in anxiety as well as depression which is often linked to this. They usually go hand in hand and one can benefit from joining up with others in one of these groups.
